Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of Le Mont Saint-Michel, it had some issues like a smell of smoke, mold in the bathtub, and even dried fecal matter on the toilet seat. The service was alright, but I did notice a lack of English-speaking staff despite the hotel hosting many foreign guests. The location, extremely close to Mont Saint-Michel, was a definite highlight, allowing for private walks to this UNESCO World Heritage site. The dining was good overall, but the prices were on the higher side, especially for New Year's Eve. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel was comfy, convenient for visiting Mont Saint-Michel, and provided a decent dining experience.
The hotel boasts a nice view of the Abbey from the Mont, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the lack of ventilation in the Deluxe room on a hot day was a downside.
I couldn't have asked for a better location with the breathtaking view of Mont St Michel right outside. The service was hit or miss, but the staff showed hospitality. The dining options were limited and pricey, but the convenience of the location made up for it.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit outdated, but very clean and equipped with 2 bathrooms, albeit in need of some fresh paint and minor repairs. The hotel's proximity to Mont Saint-Michel and the nearby bus stops were convenient, making it an average choice for accommodation.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with a breathtaking view of Mont Saint-Michel. The room was big, clean, and tidy, offering a spectacular view. The service was friendly, but there were some minor hiccups with the soap dispenser. The location was ideal for visiting Mont Saint-Michel, although the access code was a bit confusing. The dining options were decent, and the facilities enhanced my experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with amazing views of Mont Saint Michael from my room. The staff could improve their seating arrangements but were helpful with heating issues. The hotel's location is unbeatable, being the closest to Mont St Michel without staying on the island.
The hotel is ideally located near Mont Saint-Michel, with rooms offering beautiful views. While clean and comfortable, the initial obstructed view was a letdown. The staff is friendly and helpful, but service missed providing the internet code at first. The dining options, though a bit expensive, sustained us during our visit. The location is great for exploring Mont Saint-Michel, but basic issues were a letdown.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, but the view is obstructed by trees. The rooms get very hot, which can be uncomfortable. The service provided was friendly, with a 30% discount offered as compensation for room issues. The location is excellent, closest to Mont Saint Michel for convenient access, although some improvements are needed. Dining options are limited and overpriced, pushing guests to seek alternatives outside the hotel. Overall, the facilities are decent but could be better.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were gigantic and well-equipped, but unfortunately, the view from the big triangle windows was blocked by trees. The service was a bit hit or miss with some staff members not refilling the soap dispenser in the bathroom, yet others were very friendly, approachable, and helpful. The location was just stunning with beautiful views of Le Mont Saint-Michel, but there were some issues with dining options and limited choices for breakfast.
The hotel boasts an exceptional view of Mont Saint Michel, offering the best possible scenery for guests. While some service aspects were pleasant, others struggled to accommodate requests. The location is unbeatable, providing breathtaking views and a convenient stop before crossing the bridge. Dining options were scarce, prompting guests to explore other nearby venues for meals.
Staying at this hotel was an interesting experience. The rooms were a mix of modern and spacious, making it a nice retreat after a day out. However, there was a big lack of fresh air in the upper area where the bed is placed. The rooms were dirty, with a noticeable bad smell from the bathroom. One downside was the lack of AC in the room, which made it uncomfortably hot in the summer. Additionally, not being able to open the balcony door due to the mosquitoes was a major inconvenience.
